It's hard,it's cold..Yet it is so sweet when it melts in your mouth. *drum rolls* it's the gula ketuk-ketuk. Yep, it's a traditional sweet. *ping,ping* there goes the sound of the vendor trying to break the gula ketuk-ketuk. This sweet is useful for sore throat. Warning: It might break you tooth if u try to chew it before it melts in your mouth.
Recently, I ate this in Melaka Jonker Street. Somehow, the verdor selling this candy is always busy, white the passer-by watched in amazement. If you ever come to Malaysia, you must try this sweet.
