Now I, myself has been shopping at this shopping complex for as long as I can remember. You could say that it's almost as if it's my second home. As a regular customer, there I would recommend a few restaurants and stores.
The Yogitree located at Gardens, Midvalley at the 2nd floor is a beautifully furnished restaurant which serves healthy and organic food or others might say rabbit food. Now, for those of you who would pass any dish with the word organic in it, will be really surpise by how well the food here taste like. It emphasizes on simple and healthy cooking. One of my fave dish there is the Tagliatelle Carbonara with Smoked Salmon

Now, as an avid fan of carbonara, I will say that this is the best one that i have ever had. Their roasted chicken dishes are also not to be missed. Plus their heavenly Carbonara with Bacon Bits and Mushroom. They provid a healtier alternative by providing a more eggy carbonara sauce rather then the usual fatty milk sauce.
Not only that, it also has woderfull desserts.I love the wide array of cakes and desserts displayed right in front of the entrance of the restaurant.
Pure Chocolate Cake
This heavenly no bake chocolate cake is to die for. Served with a dollop of whipping cream or vanilla ice cream, melt in your mouth bitter sweet choclolate and a soft biscuit filling, this cake would be the definition of heaven.
There are still many other wondefull desserts as well as macaroons served there. Now may I add that the food here might be a little pricey but I will bet my pennies that it is all worth every sen.
Sadly, Yogitree might be going out of business soon as it lacks customers because it is located at the far end corner of the 2nd floor.
Another good restaurant at Midvalley is The Tony Roma's Steak House.

This resaturant serves the best ribs you could ever find in Kuala Lumpur.
Tony Roma's Ribs
It's succulent and melt in your mouth meat is absolutely delightful with it's sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. It also comes with two side dishes of your choice, ranging from good old mash potatoes to roasted vegetables.
Shrimp Scampi Pasta
Now this delightful dish is one of my all time favourites at Tony Roma's Steak House. With a generous helping of shrimps and cheese plus a sour and salty tomato base sauce, this dish is absolutely delish!
That's all for now.. look out for more posts about Midvalley soon
